Some press quotes:
“The extensive, exciting and extremely atmospheric six songs (with an average length of almost seven minutes) does have a connection with A Perfect Circle and Billy Howerdel’s Ashes Divide, but the dreamy voice and symphonic elements could easily be compared with bands like Porcupine Tree (…) while the heavier parts have similar guitar storms like bands as Oceansize and Amplifier. Despite all these comparisons the songs are strong enough to stand on their own and due to the open and careful production the music is sheer ear candy.”  (Lords of Metal, Holland)
“Bold sounding emotion, that is how you could describe Semistereo's album in brief. They don't avoid experimentation, and that's why the band sufficiently distincts itself from the forementioned bands. The cutting vocals by Martyn Weyburg suit the songs very well. Great artwork too!
The interest of record companies should be aroused by this product...“  (mindview magazine, Belgium)
